    This has been a savior during covid.

    Covid has brought a lot of changes in everyone's life. I had lost my job and was under super stress. I was watching a few youtube videos and came across this product and thought of giving it a try as I had to get my mental health fixed so that I can focus on other productive work.

    This product has helped me maintain a proper sleep pattern and I have not had any side effects because of this as it is completely plant-based. I am thankful for this product, it has helped me get through my covid crises.

    Hope there is no side effect

    Hope this is like melatonin , doctor advised me to try melatonin and hope this is the same , I am not getting sleep in the night , wanted to try this , and puchased it today !!! Hope i will not have any side effect and can take without doctor prescription
