Years of struggle 😔 pcos.. literally it is a very terrible condition.. girls who are facing it they only can understand.. I had it from starting but it was not issue that time.. I went to a gyno and she gave me pills.. and I blindly trusted her and never thought about the issues.. so in 2019 I just refused to take pills but my mistake was that I thought let the body handle it by itself.. and I missed my periods for 4 months.. as I was unaware of the missed periods issue and I lossed my 80% beautiful heavy hairs.. 😭this pain is like I have no words.. I was in depression for years.. then I accepted myself and tried to cure it.. but 4 years no permanent solution 6 month normoz taken periods was on time but when stopped again no periods.. Long story short..I was diagnosed with PCOD when I was 14(currently 21).. the major symptoms were irregular periods(once in 3 or 4 months )and weight gain..I accept my fault of being ignorant to solving it completely..but I did manage it pretty well..December 2023 I had started my one such period which was endless..I was bleeding little to nothing EVERYDAY..this continued for about 1 and half month (Feb 2024 starting)and later for 2 months I got my period on a regular interval..I thought that one prolonged period was an end to everything and now everything is fine.. but NO..in the mid of MAY 2024 I started my period and thought of it to be usual and will end by 3 or 4 days but that didn't happen..I continued to have my period till 19th SEPTEMBER 2024(day before yesterday).In June I consulted an AYURVEDIC practitioner-->remedies didn't work.. later tried HOMEOPATHY (twice)--> didn't work..

I don't know if it is specific to me or to all I want to mention it.
I stopped consuming MILK (had Curd and paneer).
In all forms ..I left having Tea , Coffee etc

I also started having ACV first thing in the morning(10ml + 150ml water).
I usually had oziva herbalance as a mid morning drink..around 12:30 pm or 1 pm.
I have only 2 meals a day.
Breakfast around 10 :30 or 11 am
Dinner at 7 pm
